Programy typu: <em>\u201eMusz\u0119 si\u0119 ba\u0107 czucia lub wyra\u017cania z\u0142o\u015bci, smutku, a nawet strachu\u201d<\/em> s\u0105 g\u0142\u0119boko zapisane  w ciele, uformowane nie\u015bwiadomie w dzieci\u0144stwie, kiedy nauczyli\u015bmy si\u0119 wypiera\u0107 te emocje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify has-inter-font-family wp-block-paragraph\">Ten strach nie znika sam z siebie. \u017byje w ciele jako napi\u0119cie, b\u00f3l, sztywno\u015b\u0107 \u2013 g\u0119sta energia, kt\u00f3ra ma nas chroni\u0107 i zapewnia\u0107 mi\u0142o\u015b\u0107, przynajmniej pod\u0142ug naszych strategii przetrwania. Ten strach kieruje naszymi poczynaniami z ukrycia, z nie\u015bwiadomo\u015bci, dop\u00f3ki nie stanie si\u0119 \u015bwiadomy i dop\u00f3ki go nie uciele\u015bnimy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify has-inter-font-family wp-block-paragraph\">Wyobra\u017a sobie dziecko, kt\u00f3re nie mog\u0142o wyrazi\u0107 z\u0142o\u015bci wobec swoich opiekun\u00f3w. Aby przetrwa\u0107, musia\u0142o wyprze\u0107 swoj\u0105 z\u0142o\u015b\u0107 przy pomocy strachu. Z biegiem lat strach ten sta\u0142 si\u0119 zwart\u0105 energi\u0105 uwi\u0119zion\u0105 w ciele. Nawet nie wiemy o tym, \u017ce to si\u0119 sta\u0142o\u2013 i to normalne, poniewa\u017c te emocje s\u0105 g\u0142\u0119boko wyparte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify has-inter-font-family wp-block-paragraph\">Cz\u0119sto nie widzimy, \u017ce \u017ar\u00f3d\u0142em wielu naszych cierpie\u0144 jest to samo: represja emocjonalna. Dopiero gdy przy pomocy precyzyjnych narz\u0119dzi zaczynamy \u0142\u0105czy\u0107 kropki \u2013 mi\u0119dzy \u015bwiadomymi przekonaniami, wzorcami cierpienia a emocjami, kt\u00f3re by\u0142y \u201ezakazane\u201d \u2013 pojawia si\u0119 realna zmiana. Cho\u0107 nie ka\u017cda choroba jest spowodowana represj\u0105 emocjonaln\u0105, nauka potwierdza, \u017ce bardzo cz\u0119sto tak jest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify has-inter-font-family wp-block-paragraph\">K.I. pracuje bezpo\u015brednio z tym mechanizmem represji emocjonalnej. To nie jest szybka naprawa ani proces polegaj\u0105cy na tym, \u017ce \u201euzdrowiciel\u201d co\u015b zrobi z twoj\u0105 energi\u0105. \u0179r\u00f3d\u0142em twojego uzdrowienia jeste\u015b ty sam. Krok po kroku \u2013 najlepiej z pomoc\u0105 mentora \u2013 przy u\u017cyciu konkretnych narz\u0119dzi pracy z represj\u0105 rozpracowujesz ten mechanizm i odzyskujesz te cz\u0119\u015bci siebie, kt\u00f3re zosta\u0142y wyparte w nas, aby\u015bmy mogli przetrwa\u0107. Dop\u00f3ki tego nie zrobisz, represja aka strach nadal b\u0119dzie kierowa\u0142 twoim \u017cyciem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify has-inter-font-family wp-block-paragraph\">Po co pracowa\u0107 z mentorem? Bo sami przeszli\u015bmy t\u0119 drog\u0119. Znamy programy autosabota\u017cu, kt\u00f3re mog\u0105 si\u0119 uruchomi\u0107, mo\u017cemy pom\u00f3c je rozpozna\u0107 oraz pracowa\u0107 z nimi. Mentoring nie polega na tworzeniu do\u017cywotniej wsp\u00f3\u0142zale\u017cno\u015bci. Uczymy korzystania z narz\u0119dzi, kt\u00f3re pomagaj\u0105 w odzyskaniu w\u0142asnej sprawczo\u015bci w \u017cyciu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify has-inter-font-family wp-block-paragraph\">A dla tych, kt\u00f3rzy w to w\u0105tpi\u0105 \u2013 tak jak ja kiedy\u015b\u2026 zak\u0142adaj\u0105c, \u017ce to tylko marketing \u2013 powiem jedno: bez mentora zboczy\u0142abym z tej drogi wiele razy. Prawdopodobnie zrezygnowa\u0142bym i nigdy nie dotar\u0142a do autentyczno\u015bci, kt\u00f3r\u0105 dzi\u015b odnajduj\u0119 w tak wielu obszarach mojego \u017cycia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify has-inter-font-family wp-block-paragraph\">Tu nie chodzi o zawstydzanie czy obwinianie. Sam fakt, \u017ce krytykujemy siebie za to, \u017ce nie jeste\u015bmy takimi, jakimi chcemy by\u0107, jest wynikiem represji. W pewnym momencie \u017cycia nie mieli\u015bmy wyboru \u2013 musieli\u015bmy si\u0119 dostosowa\u0107, aby prze\u017cy\u0107.
