Do you need a mentor?

Yes, especially at the beginning – and sometimes later on – unconscious patterns may sabotage your work. As a mentor I help you recognize these patterns. As we work, unconscious programs reveal themselves – some rooted in attachment styles, others in deep beliefs and coping mechanisms. Through mentorship, you learn to uncover these, connect them with your emotional repression, and navigate your work skillfully. When ready you will walk this path on your own without needing me.

You don’t need to believe anything I say; the answers come from your body. K.I. provides you with the “key” to unlock these insights and gently process them energetically.

Why work with me?

Alongside my own deep, transformative journey, I’ve guided many mentees through emotional repression work – supporting them as they met and integrated their own experiences. I trained with Scott Kiloby, the co-creator of this modality, gaining firsthand experience in both individual and group settings.

Thanks to my own healing and work with others, I co-developed one of the tools called Safety Net – a resource now helping people take their first steps into emotional repression work. Through my work with clients, I’ve seen how often emotional repression lies at the root of common symptoms of suffering. I’ve supported clients in loosening and dismantling that lifelong pattern. These patterns often show up as:

  • Difficulty setting boundaries or connecting authentically in relationships
  • Anxiety or a sense of inner restlessness

How do I know if I have emotional repression?

However, signs of emotional repression often show up in everyday life. They can appear as many forms of suffering, such as self-limiting beliefs, repetitive relationship patterns, depression, procrastination, compulsions, addictions, chronic pain, or illness – just to name a few. Research confirms that emotional repression is at the root of many health conditions.

The tricky part is that we often fail to connect these symptoms to repression because of its hidden nature. It operates behind the scenes, shaping our lives without our conscious awareness. Meditation, intellectual insight, or mental understanding alone can’t fully uncover it, because these tools don’t directly access the repression mechanism itself.

With K.I. tools, you can finally meet it directly. This work is deeply experiential: until you practice it, repression stays hidden in the body. Understanding it conceptually is helpful, but real change happens when you work with it directly, not because you change yourself but because you embrace all parts of yourself.
