You can choose between a single individual session or a package of four sessions (you save €50) .
The package is perfect if you’d like to start this work without committing to a full mentorship just yet.
What do you get?
I will guide you and teach you tools to help you begin the emotional repression inquiry. This will give you the opportunity to look more deeply into your unconscious patterns and see how they contribute to your suffering.

- life-long (upon download) access to the session recordings

- these sessions are not a quick fix or a feel-good therapy. Instead, they provide deep insight and help you work with what is buried in your body and subconscious
